Real estate developer TERRA Development has already been in the market for a long time. In connection with company expansion the investment and construction holding has been created.
A number of the building companies specializing in various directions compound TERRA: from planning and investment to delivery of the constructed real estate and management of it.
The Studio was to develop a new logo which would display changes in the company, and also to offer names for all companies entering into holding.
